These terms apply to clamber.me (the "site"), operated by Zane. By using the site you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use it.

Using Clamber

Clamber is a free game for personal, non-commercial use. You do not need an account. Please play fairly: no scripts, bots or automated tools to submit answers or results, and no attempts to disrupt the site or other players.

Content

The game, its pixel art, text, prompts and answer lists belong to Zane or are used with permission, except where open data (for example from Wikipedia or Wikidata) is used under its own licence. You may share links, screenshots and your results. You may not copy the site or its question lists to build a competing service.

Names and display names

If a feature lets you choose a name, such as in a room, keep it respectful. We may remove names or results that are abusive or misleading.

No warranty

The site is provided as is. We work to keep answers and facts accurate, but we do not guarantee that the game will always be available, error-free or that every answer list is complete. To the extent allowed by law, we are not liable for any loss arising from use of the site.

Third parties

The site may link to other sites and may show advertising in the future. We do not control third-party sites and are not responsible for their content. Clamber is not affiliated with Krillion, Rarest or any other game.

Changes

We may update these terms and the date above will change. Continued use after an update means you accept it.
